The
Rivers State Steering Committee for the Development of Blueprint respectfully
invite persons who submitted memoranda, professionals, experts, Civil Society
and non-governmental organisations, Government Ministries, Departments and
Agencies, and interested members of the public to a public Consultative Forum,
on Friday, 28 August 2015, at the Ministry of Justice Conference Hall, State
Secretariat, Port Harcourt, from 9am to 5pm.
The
Consultative Forum would give the people a voice in the evolution of a
Strategic Action Plan for Implementation of Development programme in our
communities in and the State, especially in the following Sectors:
Education;
Health; Agriculture; Environment; Women, Sports, Youth Development; Social
Welfare; Jobs, Wealth Creation and Empowerment
